Demonstrating Commitment

1. We start with a short communications programme. This may be done by us through the app or collaboratively with the company in person. No matter what the change may be, every process needs explaining to mitigate fears or to reveal them. 
2. We then allow the community (workforce) to engage through the app, using the Re-Engage workshop to deliver their submission. It is up to the company to decide how long is required for this period, but we advocate that three to six months is optimal to secure a robust sample size.
3. REP will then provide a structured quantitative and qualitative executive summary, that reviews the community from a mental wellbeing perspective, providing recommendations on communications, training and education. 
4. If requested, we will then provide a bespoke communications, training and education programme – and agree resources for deployment. This is the stage that demonstrates the importance and commitment of the leadership to improved employee wellbeing. 

Our programme isn’t an English language or literature course. We are not trying to create the next Times best-selling author. We are providing a robust framework for individuals to understand how writing can provide a framework to enable them to better manage life’s challenges and traumas. And in doing this they will improve their ability to communicate about those issues. 

To gain best value from the programme, an environment needs to be created that maximises the submissions made. To enable this:

1. Through the launch communications plan, we focus on the importance of understanding what the employees are going through and establishing the company’s desire to build a better culture for tomorrow, from the lessons of today. 
2. We offer the company a chance to sponsor a prize or prizes, specifically the opportunity for an employee/s to secure a publishing contract with REP Group to deliver a fictional or non-fictional work of their own.
